Haunt owners know that good actors are the backbone of their haunted attraction, but sometimes a situation or question arises that you might not have an answer for.  It may be something as simple as how to utilize actors in a particular room or as complicated as what to do if a customer complains about an actor behaving inappropriately.  If you have questions about how to handle certain situations, or just need a little advice on motivating your scare crews, let a panel of professional actor trainers give you advice and help put your mind at ease.  If you have questions about recruiting, holding auditions, training and exercises, motivating staff, working together, handling negative customers, or any other situation, this is the seminar/panel discussion/workshop you need to attend.  Some of those (tentatively) participating in the discussions include Allen Hopps, Jim Millsbaugh, Michelle Arroyo, Katie Lane, and Drew Badger.  With over 50 combined years of acting experience, these panelists have come across nearly any situation in the haunt industry and can answer most any question you may have.
