The 2011 edition of the Midwest Haunters Convention once again set attendance records! There were well over 2500 people in attendance who enjoyed great educational seminars, fun social events, and, most importantly, spent a lot of money with our 75+ vendors. We once again showed that this show is for “buyers”.

For 2012 MHC will continue with its successful formula of offering a vibrant tradeshow, an informative seminar series, and awesome social events.     There are many reasons why you, as someone offering a product or service that appeals to the haunt industry should attend MHC:

  • 3000 haunt industry people expected to be in attendance for 2012
  • Demographics: 50% haunt owners/operators, 25% home haunters, 25% actors and makeup personnel

Returning for 2012 will be the “Quiet Zone at MHC”.   We have once again set aside a portion of the trade show floor for vendors who prefer to be away from the noise and fog from the rest of the floor.  While we cannot control the noise and fog inside of the cavernous hall, you will be assured that your neighbors are not contributing to it.

Dollar for dollar the Midwest Haunters Convention is one of the most affordable shows for vendors to attend.  With a lower cost of attending MHC is also the most profitable show many vendors do each year.

10′x10′ Booth (Includes 6′ table, 2 chairs, pipe/drape, sign, 3 floor passes) $500
Corner add $50
Premium corner add $150

The following early payment discounts will apply:

  • Payment in full by January 31st, 2012 – $100 per booth
  • Payment in full February 1st through April 30th, 2012 – $50 per booth

Tabletop (Includes 6′ table, 1 chair, sign, 2 floor passes) $300 (no discounts apply)

Upon full payment your booth space will be guaranteed and your company will be listed on this website as an exhibitor along with a link to your website.

A $100 non-refundable deposit will hold your booth selection pending full payment.  Any booths not paid in full by May 15th, 2012 are subject to release and or reassignment.  Submitting a deposit does not get your company listed as an exhibitor nor does it lock in the early payment discounts listed above.
