Each 10′ x 10′ booth is piped and draped in black.  They include one 6′ skirted table, two chairs, waste paper basket, a company identification sign, and three floor passes.

The hall and the booths are not carpeted.

The tradeshow is open Saturday from 9 am until 5:30 pm and Sunday from 10 am until 4 pm.

Load in begins at 10 am on the Friday before the show.  The loading docks will be open until 10 pm.  We ask that vendors are out of the hall by midnight.  The trade show floor will reopen to the vendors at 7 am on Saturday.

The trade show ends at 4 pm on Sunday and load out will begin directly afterwards.  All product needs to be out of the hall by midnight on Sunday.

All product needs to be out of the exhibit hall by midnight on Sunday.  If you need to ship your product out you may do so through our decorator Fern Expo or via the UPS Store located onsite (closed on Sunday).

If you have a freight company picking up your shipment you MUST schedule them to arrive Sunday between 4 pm and 10pm.

All utilities are handled by the convention center.  MHC does not mark up any utilities provided by the center.

MHC provides overnight security when the show floor is closed.  After the show floor is secured by the show organizers there is no access allowed unless accompanied by a show representative.

In order to keep the cost of exhibiting at MHC as low as possible we do not have access to the convention center until the day of setup (Friday).  Exhibitors do not have access until 10am.   Here are your options for getting your merchandise to the show:

• Self Delivery – You are welcome, and encouraged, to bring in your merchandise and displays.  The convention center is a non-union facility and there are no drayage or other fees for moving and setting up your booths.  We have 3 loading docks as well in addition to a large overhead door to bring in product.
• Shipping to the convention center – If you need to ship your product to the convention center you must schedule it to arrive on our setup day Friday.  Shipments CAN NOT arrive any earlier than this as we do not have access to the hall and it will not be accepted.  Shipments to the convention center WILL BE CHARGED DRAYAGE by our decorator, Fern Expo, at their current rates.
• Shipping Option 2 – If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency, the hotel will accept shipments for a nominal fee.  You will be responsible for getting any shipments to the convention center.  Please check with the Hyatt for current rates.
