Host hotel sold out, but try again,

If you tried to reserve a hotel room at the Hyatt over the weekend you may have seen a message they were sold out. Well, we filled our room block at the Hyatt, but Wait There’s More, try again today. We called this morning and they were able to shift more rooms to our group. Register for your room now, we will sell out again soon.

The Hyatt Regency is our host hotel and we hold lots of our activities at the Hyatt.  The tour buses board from the Hyatt, our Scary-Oke show will be in the Franklin Ballroom, Friday classes are at the Hyatt and our Saturday night party is in their Regency Ballroom.  The bar on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt is our official hang out spot too.
