Q: I just registered for the convention. Will I receive anything in the mail?
No, all registration materials will be provided onsite.

Q: How do I become a volunteer at MHC?
We start organizing our volunteers in August. To be considered for a volunteer spot, please CLICK HERE

Q: How do I become a speaker at MHC?
We start putting together our seminar series in November of each year with a goal of having the classes posted by the end of February. If you are interested in speaking please send an email expressing your interest to [email protected] and we will add you to our potential speaker list.

Q: Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?
No, there is not a regularly scheduled shuttle from the airport to the Hyatt. Cabs, however, are plentiful and the cost is under $20 each way. Many people carpool by making arrangements ahead of time and/or at the show.

Q: Are children welcome at MHC?
Absolutely, yes! MHC is a family-friendly event, within the following guidelines:

  • Seminars – ALL Children must register, and pay, for the seminars if they will be attending. Under Age 2 may attend, free of charge, with a registered adult providing they are not a disruption to the class.
  • Bus Tours – Children must be registered for the tours in order to ride the buses. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Friday & Saturday Night Parties – Not advised for children; these parties are very much geared towards adults. However, we leave this up to the parent’s discretion. Anyone attending is required to purchase a wristband at the posted prices.
  • Trade show – Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult while on the trade show floor; however, they are not required to register.

Q: Can I drop my kids off at the Kidz Zone or at the Trade Show?
No. There are no childcare services offered at MHC and you are responsible for your children and their behavior. All children age 16 or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Q: What are Dealer Bucks?
Dealer Bucks are dollars that can be spent with any vendor on the trade show floor. $50 in Dealer Bucks = $50 you can spend on the show floor. UPDATE: For various reasons, cash will be given instead of Dealer Bucks at MHC 2014. Yay, cash!
